Our fascinating journey began in February 2020, when two experienced partners, Paweł Bieleń and Jarosław Kołak, combined their strengths to create something truly unique. Paweł, our CEO, boasts nearly two decades of managing procurement and supply chains in renowned international companies. On the other hand, we have Jarosław, a Board Member and expert in the production of professional cleaning and disinfecting agents, who knows the intricacies of international trade like few others.
Sterilco is not just a company; it embodies a dynamic and modern approach to the chemical industry. We focus on two key areas: wholesale distribution of raw materials and packaging, as well as the production and sale of professional cleaning and disinfecting products for the food industry, HoReCa sector, and industrial applications.
The name Sterilco is derived from the combination of two English words: "sterile" and "company." It represents not just a name but our philosophy. We strive to create a business that upholds the highest standards of quality and ensures the safety of our clients and their end-users. Year 2020
In 2020, we started with the import and distribution of caustic soda from Ukraine. We quickly became one of the leaders in the Polish market. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we addressed market demand by launching our disinfectant products under the Sterilco Professional brand. Our solutions received recognition from industrial clients and institutions.
Year 2021
In 2021, we focused on growth, acquiring new clients and expanding our portfolio of raw materials. This was a time of initial export successes and obtaining REACh importer certification for caustic soda. Additionally, our specialized cleaning products made their way onto the shelves of one of the Polish retail chains.
Year 2022
In 2022, thanks to our business relationships and experience, we experienced a sharp increase in sales. We expanded our client and supplier base by adding new raw materials to our portfolio, such as phosphoric acid and calcined soda. Leveraging the challenging times of raw material availability, we broadened our offering to include materials like hydrogen peroxide and sodium sulfate.
Year 2023
2023 continues our expansion efforts. We are broadening our product range with new raw materials, including ammonia water, ammonium nitrate, table salt, salt tablets, and formic acid. We are collaborating with reliable partners to expand our offerings with eco-friendly packaging, sprayers, and atomizers that meet the needs of household chemicals and cosmetics manufacturers.
